In 2014 (6/15.07), amateur pilots from Israel arrived in Georgia by their private planes and landed at the Natakhtari airdrome.

Travel agency "Vanilla Sky" and air company "Service Air" planned the Georgian part of the Israel-Georgia rally in collaboration with Israeli colleagues. Through their efforts, the guests visited different regions of Georgia, leant about local culture and traditions and accomplished all their tasks related to the rally. The pilots by their eight small planes took flights to the airdromes in Batumi, Telavi and Mestia and an air trip to Kazbegi. They also visited by land other places (Mtskheta/Tbilisi, Gori/Uplistsikhe, Ananuri/Kazbegi and others).
